I’ve been doing Crossfit since 2013. I started in college as a way to get back in shape and then never looked back.

CFB has been a great community for me. Moving here and not knowing anyone wasn’t easy, but CFB took me in and I immediately started making connections! I look forward to my workout every day knowing that I get to see + workout with my friends.

Fast forward to recently getting my L-1 certificate and finally becoming a coach! It’s been absolutely great so far. I get to meet people of all walks of life and make new connections. Getting to help members stay healthy + accomplish their goals has been the best part!
