To the coaches-Thank you for encouraging me to better and stronger. I remember when I started I couldn’t even run the 200m and now my mile is at 8’15! I can jump on the 16box vs the plates I was using before. It’s little things like that, that show me how much CrossFit has helped me. I love every workout and hate missing. Everyday when I workout it’s not a workout session but rather therapy for me. The coaches are amazing and have helped me get stronger. I’ve gradually developed my endurance and strength all thanks to CFB!
