Hi, my name is Dave and I have been going to CFB for about 5 months. I was going to the gym by myself for a couple of years, off and on, and I wanted to try something different. I went in for the preview class not sure what to expect. That first class I was exhausted and a little overwhelmed but I received some advice from a fellow athlete, “Just keep coming to class and you will get better and stronger”. He was right. I have lost weight and gotten stronger while improving my quality of life. I wouldn’t have been able to do any of it though without the coaches and the support of the athletes at the gym.
