I am Susan Maines and began my journey with CrossFit over 12 years ago. The journey there has been nothing short of amazing. Before CrossFit, I did nothing for my physical health. Now I run between 5-8 miles per week, lift weights and am fit both physically and mentally in better shape.
CrossFit is a place where I can be and never think, do the coaches know who I am or what I need. CrossFit is truly a family. I never leave the box wishing I hadn’t worked out that day.
