I decided to start CrossFit this past July after my membership at another gym had ended thinking I needed a bigger challenge. Which is exactly what I got, a challenge, every single day. An awesome challenge that tests every part of me, wanting to better myself with each workout we go through!

I come from a family with a history of medical issues that I wanted zero part of. So, I turned to CrossFit to try and change my future outcome. In these past few months I’ve honestly never felt better.
You definitely do not have to be “in shape” or some “super athlete” to do CrossFit. Once you start you will see results and just want to keep going! CFB as the best coaches possible that push you do to your hardest even when you think you can’t!
