I’m Lorena. I’ve been at CrossFit for a little over a year now. I started 9 weeks postpartum and it has been awesome to see how much progress I’ve made in a year. My husband Chris started about 6 months before me. We wanted to live a healthier lifestyle for sure and we both enjoyed the workouts and the feeling after. So once we were both committed to CrossFit, the main thing was to make it work out with our schedules. On most days he will work out first and then we’ll trade off taking care of the girls while I go to the next class. Having the support and encouragement at home really helps in staying committed. In the past we’ve both done programs and gone off and on to the gym but now CrossFit has become part of our routine.
