I’m a full time working mother of three children, three dogs, and two cats. Everyone always asks me, “how do you do it?” And the honest answer is consistency at CrossFit. I have every excuse to say I don’t have time to workout, but I make it my priority, even when I was 9 months pregnant. The amazing CrossFit community makes it easy to come back to every day. CrossFit gives me a mental and physical outlet to keep my mind and body healthy which allows me to be a better mom, wife, employee, and friend. If you make time for your mental and physical health, you will benefit from it in every part of your life.
