Turkish Get-Ups – Complete 10 reps on each arm
3x200m Sprints – Rest 3 minutes between efforts
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
5 Overhead Squats (95/65)
5 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
10 Toes To Bar
