Buy In – 5 Turkish Get-Ups on each arm
Press 5-5-5-5-
Push Press 5-5-5-5
Add weight each set
4 Rounds:
30 seconds Goblet Squats
30 seconds KB Swings
Then Rest 1 minute and switch with your partner. Each partner will complete 4 rounds
Cash Out: Max weighted turkish get-up (For the board!)
