3x400m Sprints – Rest about 3-4 minutes between each effort


For Time:

5 Rounds:

5 Burpees

5 Deadlift (275/185)

Immediately followed by

5 Rounds:

3 Squat Cleans (135/95)

20 Double Unders


Use the same barbell for both workouts, just pull the weight off.


We’ve changed the dates for our CrossFit Kids summer camp. We will be starting on June 18 for kids 7-12 years old. Classes will be on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:00am for 5 weeks. The cost is only $75! There are limited spots available so get your kids signed up soon!

    1:12-1:03-1:24 I felt really fast on the second one and thought I was going to PR, but “really fast” after Tabata Front Squats on Monday and all the Lunges on Tuesday wasn’t what it usually is

    1:27-1:32-1:32 for the runs. First one was a 2 sec PR.

    11:37 on the wod. 123# dl, 63# sc. Would have been done alot faster if it weren’t for the damn double unders!
