I wouldnt eat less than 2 hours before you workout. But stick to some good paleo about 4 or 5 hours before and you should be good to go!
Hole in knee= only being able to knock out 3 rds. Hopefully I’ll be ready again tomorrow.

Quads are DUN. That truely sucked. Thought I was going to do 5 rnds, did 3 instead and that was too much for my frail old body.
