
Thanks to everyone who came out for the workout on Saturday. It’s great to see some new faces out there. Sheri, Monica, Justin, Beth, Cayla, Lauren, Randall, & Jeremy – It was great to meet you guys. And thanks to all the friends and family who came out and experienced CrossFit for the first time. I loved the effort during the workout and was really pleased to see everyone pushing the intensity.
