WOD 5/26/11

AMRAP in 20 minutes:

200m Run

10 Ground To Overhead with dumbbells in each hand (45#/30#)

20 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

Post number of rounds completed to comments.

We will have our regular classes on Saturday but there will be no open gym on Sunday and on Monday there will only be a class at 5pm.

    I think the boxjumps will eat me up. Otherwise I LOVE this WOD.

    Jason – You’d be surprised, the ground to overhead is going to get really tough, especially is you’re using 45’s

    5 rounds 15#… 12 in box… This is the first time I thought I might actually die during a workout!! This one was tough for me but at the same time it felt great!!

    6 rounds, 15#, 12″ box…..6 am class rocks! We were working for kara’s paleo cookies. She brings us treats in the morning!

    Almost 6 rounds rx. I was on the box jumps. The 45# dbs got heavy.
