    Forgot to write on the board….. wasnt real sure on my rounds but i do believe i was on round 9…with 11more wall balls to go….. 63#on my power cleans, definately needed to be more weight! Rooster crew ran an additional 400m run after the workout THANKS TO AMBER! SHE INSPIRED US ALL! 🙂

    We need to name a wod “Amber.” It will be : WOD puls a 400m run when you’re finished.

    8 rounds plus cleans and t2b (actually “knees up”), 55#, and a 10# ball.

    Good day. Glad I went. Abs hurt from Annie yesterday…gonna REALLY hurt now.

    First day back after a 13 day vacation so it was a little tough this morning to get myself going. I did 7 round I was almost to 8 rounds but I was on 7 wall balls at time… Almost … I can’t do toes to bar first thing in the morning because of my back so I did 10# med ball sit ups. Thanks Amber for making us all run 400m after the workout!!! I love running so I’m glad we all did it together!!!

    7Rds + 5Cleans RX’d. Tough wod, The cleans were really heavy for me but that’s the point of improvement right? I did however get my first few muscle-ups, so even if I got 1 round today would be a good day haha.

    7 rd +5 cleans @ 145#, knees to elbows, 14# WB, I was amazed at how fast the knees to elbows tire you out

    7 Rds plus the Cleans and 3 K2E. 145#, 20#, and knees as high as I could get them. Great job Dan! no worries, I saw the first one out of the corner of my eye. Neal, just for reference, what were people getting when they did this WD in the open. Im just glad to try it! Great work noon class! Glad to be part of this community. Welcome home J and Serennah. Bad news, as much as everyone loved my mustache, it is time to bid adieu. I suppose I’m just not cut out for the super troopers look. I know you all are terribly disappointed.

    6rds + 5 cleans @ #100 with toes to bars and 20#wb. Toes to bar def slowed me down. Good workout, I like these longer ones.

    6 rounds Rxd. I ran out of gas at the 10 minute mark with about 4 rounds complete. Its going to take a few more days before my motor is back up to par. Breaks from crossfit are good and bad.

    Rx on cleans and wall ball weight, knees to bar instead of toes to bar. 7 rounds & 2 cleans

    Clayton – the top scores were 13 and 14 rounds. One guy got 17 rounds and a couple others got 15. You can check all of the scores on the games site.

    Also, I don’t think anyone will be missing the mustache. it kinda grossed me out
