If you’ve decided to make CrossFit your strength and conditioning program we would like you to take some before pictures of yourself in your swimsuit. A photo from the front, side, and back is a great way to see your progress once summertime comes around. We track our workouts and performance daily so we can see exactly how we are improving. Seeing improvement in pictures feels even better than seeing it on paper.
