I was going to come at 6 am for tomorrow but I believe I will have to join the noon or evening class for this one. Looks tough for me, can’t wait.

LOL Shannon! This probably isn’t the best workout to do in the dark, someone could pull a Clayton.

I don’t remember all my times, but I do know that I beat my PR on the 400m by 2 seconds, so I am glad.

Jay talked me into going out to the track and try out this workout so I will have to let you know my times this evening. That is if they are worth posting.

Driving home from VJHS track…contemplating pulling over and puking

Awesome job Jay. That VJHS track was tough. After running the distances on the track I think there is a little difference in the track distance and Crossfit track distances. I guess it really doesn’t matter though. Either way is a heck of a workout.

Woooooohoooooo what a tough one. I’m glad I didn’t puke, but I was so close!
    800M – 3:23
    400M – 1:37, 1:49
200M – I think my brain stopped working at this point
    100M – :11, :13, :13, :12

I think running them on a track might be a little longer in distance but easier to run. What was the times at VJHS?

    800m – 3:05
    400m – 1:20, 1:26
    200m – :40 (pw), :35, :34
    100m – :09, :09, :10, :10

I almost threw up after each and every run and my chest started hurting during my last two 100m sprints.

JD is exactly right, my knee has been bothering me, so I decided on the track for today.

    800m – 3:11
    400m – 1:34, 1:37
    200m – :32, :34, :34
    100m – :12 x 4

The 200 is definetly eaiser to run on the track and the 100s are definetly longer on the track. The 400 and 800 feel longer on the track. I don’t think any of us could run a :09 on the track for the 100. I didn’t put up any great times but here they are. I missed what I wanted on the 800 but may try again tomorrow to get around 2:30. By the way, I am going by my memory on these so Jay can correct me since he has the paper.
    800 – 2:45
    400 – 1:15, ?
    200 – :27, :32, :30
Not really sure about the 100s
