Starting February 27 we will be moving the Noon class to 11:30am. Also, there is a box in the middle room labeled “Free Stuff” with misc sweaters, shirts, flip flops. Go through it and take your things. All the items will be donated to goodwill at the end of next week.

 

One more day until the journey to the CrossFit Games begins. We want EVERYONE to compete in the CrossFit Open this year. The first step is to get your profile set up at http://games.crossfit.com/

    Decided that the noon class on a beautiful day was the way to go.

    195# push jerk…well press actually. Cant seem to get the dip part of the jump dip drive.

    worked up to 175# on my split jerk. first time to try this movement with some real weight and i felt good…like i can get lower under the bar

    Worked out at CFL during the noon. Worked up to 225# on the jerk; tried for 245 and got it overhead but couldn’t stand up with it.

    I loved this WOD…up to 115# on PJ. 6:05 on wod at 75#FS(probably should’ve rx’d or gone a little heavier….next time) and blue band for pull ups….and I actually did a couple kipping pullups in warmup with out a band….very excited about that!
