    i wanted to share a recipe for paleo cupcakes with everyone! U need 1 box of gluten free chocolate cake mix, and 1 can of solid pack pumpkin. Mix together, it will be really thick like brownie mix. Scoop into cupcake tins and bake according to the box. Let them cool off COMPLETELY or u wil taste the pumpkin. U can also top with lite cool whip if u want to modify it a little, but they r super moist and yummy!

    The return of the pistol. AWESOME. 10 rounds knees to something. I did one set to waist and neal yelled at me so then it became i guess elbows. 5 rounds of the other 2 rx.

    well I didn’t do this WOD so I did this one:
    10 reg burpees
    10 mt climber burpees
    10 burpee box jumps
    10 burpee box jump overs
    10 burpee pull ups
    10 burpee poll touches
    5 burpee forward/backward rolls
    5 5x Pushup Burpees
    10 Burpee Laterals
    10 Burpee Barrel Rolls
    10 1-Handed Push Ups

    Total Burpees: 100… 5,050 complete!
