Strength: Hang Power Clean – 3 Unbroken reps every minute for 8 minutes. Try to add weight each set

 

Skill: Tabata Toes To Bar – Score is total reps completed

 

Conditioning: AMRAP in 10 minutes:

10 DB Push Press Left Arm (45/30)

10 Box Jumps (24/20)

10 DB Push Press Right Arm

10 Hang Power Clean (use 50-65% of your heaviest set of 3)

 

 

Holiday Hours:

Wednesday July 3 we will not have a 6:30pm class

Thursday July 4 we will have open gym from 11am-1pm

Friday July 5 we will have open gym from 1-3pm

Saturday July 6 we will have our normal class schedule
