WOD 9/22/11

AMRAP in 2 minutes:

Lunges with barbell (95/65)

rest 1 minute

AMRAP in 2 minutes:

burpees

Tabata Mash-Up

Pull-Ups

Power Cleans (95/65)

Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 second of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. You will complete 8 rounds of each movement alternating back and forth. Your score is the lowest reps completed during any interval.

    33 lunges 30 burpees. For tabata mash up 84 reps Rx, not real pleased with that but guess room for improvement

    Lost count on the lunges…..but set a new PR on Burpees – 36!!!!!! I am starting to love those things!
    Pullups – lowest reps 5
    Power Cleans – lowest reps 5

    Hell yea! Did tabata pull-ups with no freakin band! I may have only 2 or 3 at a time but I did them! Can I get a what what!!!

    I did “Erin” today since I missed it yesterday. 7 rds RX. Barely got that last DU in. Great job on today’s WOD everybody! The scores are spec-freakin-tacular
