AMRAP in 5 minutes:

3 Hang Clean 60-(70% of heaviest triple)

2 Front Squat

7 Push-Ups

 

Rest 3 minutes:

 

AMRAP in 5 Minutes:

15 Double Unders

5 Burpees

15 Russian Twists

    Pr’d my hang clean x3 doing 170×3

    Did 115 on wod one. 7 rounds Very mad I didn’t finish to get eight

    Wod one did 115 for seven rounds. Should have gotten eight

    Wod two gOt five rx. Should have gotten six.

    145 Hang Clean. Tried the hook grip, definitely stronger, but it will take some getting used to.

    WOD 1 – 9 Rounds @ 95#
    WOD 2 – 3 Rounds + Burpees. (Did 5 Pullups, 10 Burpees, & 15 Russian Twists)

    I picked too short of a jump rope for the 2nd wod.. Gotta bring my own from home for the next jump rope day for sure. Great to be back in the Box again

    105# x2 hang cleans. 65# used in wod 8 rds + 2 push ups(ended on knees); 5 rds plus 1 burpee
