For time:
15 Cleans (155/105)
30 Toes-to-Bar
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 Double-unders
15 Thrusters (135/95)
30 Pull-ups
30 Burpees
300′ Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25)

 

We will not have any classes Friday evening or Saturday due to all of our coaches attending an Olympic Weightlifting class in Silsbee. If you would like to participate in this weekend long class call Neal at 409-651-5679. It will be Friday 5-7pm, Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 9am-1pm. CrossFit Mid-County is only 12 minutes from CFB and they will have their Friday evening and Saturday classes going if you would like to drop in there instead.

    85 clean, 65 thruster (105 and 95 were RX I think). Red band Pull ups. 20inch box. 25lb lunge. 17:15. Thanks Neal for making me pick the heavier (for me) weights.

    i don’t remember my time… it was 26:10 or somewhere around there… but I tried to RX it. I RX’d everything but the toes to bar. couldn’t quite get my feet the whole way up there.
