    Loved today. Not frantic. I’ll be ready for frantic tomorrow.
    Got up to 95# c/j which is my Sept. pr. Failed 100. Used 85# for the WOD. 10min on the run. I’ll take it!

    135 lbs. for the 7:00 min of clean and jerk. Stopwatch timed in 5:59.7 for the mile. I’ll take the .3 even though realitively still slow. I’d still like to think I have a sub 5:00 min mile left in me like I used to be able to do about 30 years ago. Maybe in addition to working towards RX WOD’s, I’ll make that sub 5:00 min mile a new goal too for 2012.

    255# for a heavy single. 225# for the wod. 9:19 for the mile. Ill attribute that to the cold, the heavy wod, but not the weekend or my recent diet. Thats definitely not the problem.

    Running in this cold weather is going to blow….. HARD. Hoping for a 5:45 and 185# on the WOD. See you at 5. BTW is Sean, JJ, or Chris Atkins going to be at the 5? I need someone to push me on the run.

    205 on skill…almost 215.

    185 x 7, 165 x 7 for the wod.
    Only ran 800 meters. 5:02

    155# for WOD, !75# bothered my shoulder…….sure is nice to get back in the box…7:26 on the mile….. but I’ll take it after a 2.5 month vacation!!!!!

    165# on the WOD. I went light to save energy file the run. 5:40 mile. That is a crossfit PR.
