Pull-Ups

200m Run after each round

 

Cash Out: Accumulate 1 minute in a couch stretch (1 minute per leg)

    83# on the 3 hang cleans. Failed 88 so I KNOW I was at my max.
    People were finishing up as I started my round of 4. Realized I had done 6 TWICE. Guess that’s my punishment for being an airhead. 16:16 using 63# and a blue band.

    93# oh the 3 rep max hang clean. Tried 98 but couldn’t get past 2 reps.

    13:11 68# first time to do all the reps of pull-ups RX!!!

    AND while working on double unders in the warmup I finally got 2 du together. Pretty good day at the box!
