There will be no stretching class this Saturday but we will have our 10am members class and free class at 11am.

    Worked with 105 on the snatch

    19:31 one mat hspu.

    Happy with doing high reps with one mat all the way. Even though it was singles most of the time with a kip that I just started Saturday

    Did yesterday’s workout. JJ talked me into beating his score so I felt like I had to do it.

    Back Squats – worked up to 5 x 225#

    17:?? blue for pull ups and blue and red for hspu. Should’ve done less for the hspu, got all of them unbroken.

    I definitely did. On my best day, I couldn’t touch that. Pullups just kill me in high numbers.
