AMRAP in 7 minutes:

7 Box Jumps

7 Burpees

7 Kettlebell Swings (55/35)

 

This is the last week to bring a toy for Toys For Tots. Please bring one and put it under our tree! Thanks to everyone who has already brought gifts; we appreciate your generosity.

 

We hope everyone had fun at the Christmas Party on Saturday. Thanks to everyone who came and made our night wonderful!

    Loving the night shirts and “onesie!” Glad y’all had fun…and SURVIVED!

    Got up to 88# on the thruster. Didn’t have it recorded so I don’t know if that’s good for me. Next time I’ll have something to beat.

    Really liked this wod. Not easy by ANY means, but I like low reps. Not so intimidating. I got 4 rounds with a 16″ box and a 35# kb.

    125 thruster. New PR by 25 lbs. 130 lb clean, couldn’t get it over my head. New clean PR.
    6 rounds with 24″ box and 45 lb KB.

    Great party the other night! Finally felt better today.

    195# thruster. Hurt my hand on the WOD. 5 rds and change. Started with 70# and 30″ but had to do situps for KB swings and generally sucked the rest of the time. I guess a hand is better than scraping the flesh off my chins but it still hurts like a mofo.
