 WOD 5/8/12

Back Squat: 1X5 @ 70%, 1X5 @ 80%, 1X2 @ 85%, 1X3 @ 90% 1X1 @ 100% – rest 2 min. between each set.

 
5 Min AMRAP of Double Unders
4 Min AMRAP of KBS 24/16kg
3 Min AMRAP of T2B

*Notes: Each AMRAP should be completed with no rest between.

    Looking forward to back sqaut, but I can’t do double unders or t2b, so I don’t know how this wod is going to go, but i’ll be there.

    Let me clarify- I can do them both, but I’m not very good at either. So, yes ma’am, I’m still working on them. I’m better at the t2b, but I have to reset after each one. . . I can’t stay in rhythm.

    Squats = failed at my max of 220 but did 200 x 3.
    354 RX on workout. I did great at double unders for the first time in a long time! Grip was gone for T2B

    not sure of my reps. did about 300 singles but was gassed for the rest. pretty sure i got 60 kb.

    i did however pr my back squat at 275# by 10# even after all of the others in the wod. i think i may have another ten-twenty if a little more fresh!

    286 RX on DU’s and KB except did knees to elbows. Didn’t know my squat max, so used 230. Too light. Should have used 250-260. 190 DU’s doing my version of DU, single, DU, single . . . – but only counting the DU’s. After the workout, I was proud of myself for doing 12 DU’s unbroken. I know it’s not much in life, but still my PR. I’ll take any small victory each day, so that’s good enough for me.

    I had the long rope for the first 4min of the 1st amrap and couldn’t get a DU to save my life. 64kb swings and 34 knees to elbows. Got a new 1RM on squat- 320 5#pr.lol. 285# for 3
