    burpee challenge: do 100 burpees at once and record the time it took you to do it. on the following day do 2 burpees, the next day do 3, and so on until you have built back up to 100. the goal is to get a better AND to do a metric poop ton of burpees!

    Burpee Challenge Day 67: Complete! With 33 days left, I feel my arms falling off.

    9:56 Rx, 335# Deadlift. Then Neal did 365#, so I picked his up too. So 365# on the deadlifts!!
