    So, this is a baby chipper? This looks fun. That’s when you know you’ve crossed over. . . when you say things like “fun” to describe WODs like this.lol.

    You killed it Josh. Good Job! Neal, I meant baby chipper in the fact that the list of movements wasn’t a page long and the rep count didn’t reach oblivion(not sure of spelling). What did you get on the skill work Josh?

    No cody killed it. We were neck and neck till burpees he pulled away.

    I stopped at 225# on cleans think I could have got more but I was spreading my feet really wide instead of getting low into a squat clean.

    16:25 on WOD. Sled was 45 then 55. 115 on the cleans, and 100 DU’s. Tough but fun wod!

    Thanks everybody for the push on the DU’s. My shoulders were on fire.
