For Time:

5-4-3-2-1 Snatch (135/95)

10-8-6-4-2 Handstand Push-ups

50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders

    My last 1rm on Snatch is #155.. I cant imagine repping #135.. Guess we’ll see. Todays looks like its gonna kill me

    Tried 75# 3 times and just couldn’t get it. Only got 70# which is 3# under my pr. I’m going to blame all the crap I’ve eaten in the last 2 days. Next time…next time.
    11:59 on the WOD which left me ON THE FLOOR. It’s those dus.
    I scaled to 55#, knees on a 16# box, and 10 dus every round.

    Are these squat snatches or power?

    Either, if it doesn’t specifiy squat or power you can receive the barbell at any depth. The more comfortable you are catching the bar in a squat the more weight you will be able to lift, but a lot of athletes aren’t comfortable squat snatching yet so they can lift more in a power snatch.

    Was a fun WOD. I didn’t have great form on my last rep but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.

    8:11 with 115, purple HSPUs, and all DUs. I still haven’t bridged the gap from banded HSPU to mats on the wall.

    I didn’t have a 1rm for snatch until today,which I did my body weight of 145#.
