    Rachel, great job! Serennah, I SO understand that block. It took me forEVER to do that. My numbers aren’t real impressive unless you know where I was a few months ago when I started CF! thanks Chris and all the 6amers for the encouragement. I was still jumping when some started leaving!

    My first time doing anything like this. Never knew what a press or push & press was… I thought it was awesome & will get better. For my first time ever :
    Press : max 70lbs
    Push Press : 105lbs
