20 KB Swings

Starting Monday, November 26 we will have the 5am class every weekday.

 

Thanksgiving Hours

Wednesday, November 21 – 6am, 11:30am, 5:30pm

Thursday, November 22 –  8-9:30am (open gym but a coach will be there with a programmed WOD)

Friday, November 23 – 10-11:30am (open gym but a coach will be there with a programmed WOD)

Saturday, November 24 – Normal class
