    The only thing more terrifying than a zombie is a giant zombie who crossfits and can back squat 500 pounds! On another note when did we get a climbing wall?

    This workout was a lot quicker than I expected. 6:29 with 225# deadlifts and switched up the farmers carry between the atlas stone and kettlebells since there weren’t enough to go around.

    Oh, and wall climbs are where you start in a push-up then walk your feet up the wall (into a handstand facing the wall) and then walk your feet back down the wall back into a push-up position.

    8:32 RX. Farmers carry was the most miserable part but all in all it wasn’t that bad of a workout. I should’ve pushed harder on the run.

    I survived a 6Pm class! 11:17 with 85#dl, one 55#carry and one 45# carry (because someone had run off with the 45s when I got ready for the first one!) Knees just UP and a 16″ box.

    11:04 rx…scaled the box jump up to the 24inch. this one wasnt as bad as i thought it was gonna be, but i do hurt already!!

    8:55 RX…….farmer’s carry after toes to bar was the worst part. I am definitely seeing a difference now that my diet is better.

    8:12. Subbed ring pushups for box jumps (knee). Used the atlas stone on both farmers carry, that was a mistake. Had a breakthrough on t2b so the WOD wasn’t a total bust.

    First time ive done toes to bar in a workout and I was surprised I could do box jumps on 24″.

    I still hate burpees and running sure isnt my stong point but im ok with my time

    3rd try at posting. Went to the 6Pm class tonight…a little intimidated but once you start working, you forget!
    11:17 with 85#dl (should have gone higher)
    Had to use the 55#kb on the first carry b/c someone had made off with the 45’s!
    16″ box although I did a few on the 20″ in the warm-up.
    It was nice to work out with some folks I only see on facebook.

    Hand injury so Neal graciously altered the workout for me!!! He still made it tough 🙂

    50m yoke carry from pull up bars to fence 165#

    50m yoke carry again 165#’s
