15 Pull-Ups

 

Try to scale down to a difficulty where you can get about 3 rounds.

 

Cash Out: 50 Push-Ups and 50 V-Ups

    Good to back after being gone 2 weeks. Kara said to use the 15 lb. bar for the WOD with 25 lbs on each side. Chris Draths tells me beforehand isn’t that bar “cute.” I thought it would be much easier. I almost threw up this morning using that “cute, little bar.” Sometimes, I’d rather do the 5th Mountain workout than these short, intense 4 minute ones, which to me are harder. Still fun though. Throwing up after a workout is a badge of honor.
