“Death By Clean & Jerk” (135#/95#)
Perform 1 C&J during the first minute.
Perform 2 C&J during the second minute.
Perform 3 C&J….etc
The workout is finished when you can no longer complete the number of reps for a given minute.

    The highest I ever got off a drop step was 34″, I did a lot better off the run.
