WOD 12/1/12

4 Rounds:

5 Burpees

200m Sprint

Rest exactly 1 minute between each round. Record total time with rest.

 

AMRAP in 10 minutes:

Push-Ups

Everytime you take a break or fail complete a 100m Farmers Carry (55/35)

    Will miss today’s classes, but just for fun – I’ve done 76 Crossfit classes in the past 20 weeks. Still not good enough. Need to do more.

    Burpee run was 6:45. 63 pushups with 53lb KB’s. Another good workout complete.

    burpees 6:07 maybe? then 117 push-ups. 2 runs with the 70# KBs then 2 runs with the 55# bells

    Didn’t have time to do the pushup WOD bc I worked on my front squats.
    Was able to do 95# 3 times.
