    This summer I will. I can’t get to work on time if I do now. I’m not above it. I do like the afternoons though. But to help Stefan stretch I’ll take a day of vacation if I need to.

    7:42 (OHS 95#, green, red bands), then 6:54(green/red bands). Oh, not to mention 15 burpees for good measure (lateness)…”it makes me a better athlete. It makes me a better athlete”. Yeah the 6am class was not easy to get up for, but it makes for an awesome rest of the day. Welcome to the new guys (forgot their names), glad to work with them, and good to work with Stefan for my first time…

    umm, let see if I can remember lol
    20# bar, then had to bring it down to 15 🙁
    Blue band innnn 6:49
    Then the cool down kicked my butt!
    5 pull ups blue band
    10 push ups (knees)
    and 15 squats, 5 times as fast as I could…. 7:57

    Everyone did an amazing job! I didn’t see anyone give up, and that was a LARGE class. wooooo hooooo!
