November 12 is the Houston Competition Hammer & Chisel hosted by Atomic CrossFit. If you’re looking to carpool post some comments and get a group together. We have a lot of athletes competing so if you want to come show your support there will be lots of CFB & CFMC athletes to watch.

 

Sunday Open Gym – It’s from 2-3pm at CFMC the 1-15th of every month. It’s 2-3pm at CFB the 16-31st of every month. You must RSVP by calling, emailing, or texting Neal or Stefan depending on which gym is hosting the class.

    17:14 (I think) with 45# and knees nearly to elbows! Thanks to those who finished and pushed those of us still working! THAT’s what I LOVE about CF!

    14:25 still trying to get the movements down so I stayed with the bar today. I thought it was rather warm, I was very disapointed in myself for wearing wind pants.

    17:57 (35# for half then went to 15#, knees to waist) The burpees kicked my ass! I hate burpees with a passion!!!

    I agree Jim the warm up was great. 15:26, 63#’s (2 #’s from RX weight….wasnt paying attention) Knee-up!

    Still think Kara is the bomb….even though she was on the verge of exploding this morning!!! 🙂

    Alright guys, hoodies are in the works. Let me know what size you want. Do you think zip-up or pull-over? They will probably be light blue, navy blue, or steel colored.

    LOVE the hoodie idea. I vote for steel colored zip-up but will buy whatever we get. Size? Give us an idea of how they run. Men’s and women’s? All one line (like tees?) YEA!!!

    Wow, maybe encouraging the 6am class to post on the blog wasn’t such a good idea… lol just kidding! I love you guys and I’m super proud of you all for rocking the workouts every morning!!! Thank you for all the kind words today and yesterday!! Special shout out to Amber for our music today. Your playlist was much better than pandora’s!!!

    And I’d love to take credit for the warm up but I stole the band run from Neal. So thank you Neal for making me a better coach 🙂

    I hope the other classes take a lesson from the 6am’ers and start posting more! Since we go in the morning we don’t get to see the board and read what you did so you need to tell us on the blog!

    We will buy one also whatever it is! Large and XL. I vote for pullover, steel. Oh and enjoyed the noon class today! (11:42 with 40#) I underestimated those snatches!

    Posted my sizes on facebook but will do it again: chris XL, dena M, lakin adult small. I vote steel color. On the WOD 15:49 with75″ snatch and toes to bar. Sucks compared to the little girls in the video Neal just posted but all I can say is… One day!
