5 bench press (135/75)

10 v-ups (on the bench)

 

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

10 kb swings (55/35)

5 burpees

 

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

Max DB hang squat clean thrusters (45/30)

 

Rest 2 minutes between each
