In 10 minutes:
Overhead Squat 15 rep max

 

Rest

 

As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
5 Overhead Squats
10 Toes to bar

    haha this was from the CFB/CFMC Christmas party in Mid-County. It was pretty epic!

    My favorite memory was when JD picked me up to carry me to the dance floor, couldn’t handle my weight, fell down and scraped his face. Luckily I was ok but it was hilarious.

    What’s everyone else’s favorite memory? And before Dena says it, she had the best shot.

    mine was dominating flip cup with my boys and being pelted in the back of the head by Dena with washers and not remembering until 3 days later at CFB when she asked me how my head was doing

    bad day at the box. felt that going into it. couldnt PR OHS. tried 155 about four time. one good effort didnt quite make it to the top while stabilizing the weight…very disappointed.

    on the good side of things lighter OHS such as 105 in the wod really feels good. 4 rounds and change

    Thanks Neal and Yes I thought my shot was the best! JJ sorry I hit you with the washers but you were in the way:). Can’t get to the gym today but I will be doing the “Badger” tomorrow. I need a good butt whipping!

    Favorite memory from the party… watching Neal and his friend fall while wearing their nightgowns.

    I’ve seen pictures. they’re nightgowns.
    Mixed emotions about missing OHS. Really suck at them…so I NEED to work on them…HATE doing them…

    93# OHS major PR!!!
    used 53# for 15 rep, pretty sure I could get 63# but ran out of time 🙁

    4 rounds @ 53# … T2B killed me! once I loose my rhythm I can’t seem to get it back.

    my partner KayKay KILLED this wod! I am so jealous of her OHS and T2B!!! Teach me, please lol

    135 lbs/85 lbs/ and then 75 lbs for the WOD – 6 and 1/2 rounds.

    Couldn’t do the OHS because of a pinched/inflamed nerve. Did back squats instead and had a PR of 225#. 115# on the WOD and got 5 1/2 rounds.

    Today I just wanted to beat JJ on OHS max, and I did, 155lbs. Nothing else mattered. haha

    Well expect Toben had a kick ass cash out and my team won. No biggie.
