AMRAP in 5 minutes:

5 Dead Hang Pull-Ups

10 Goblet Squats (55/35)

AMRAP in 5 minutes:

5 Burpees

10 Double Unders

AMRAP in 5 minutes:

5 Press (75/45)

10 Hang Power Cleans

 

No rest between each AMRAP.
