    Last Day at CFB so I am doing the to do the Crossfit Total instead of the WOD before I head off to WV. Anyone want to join me at 6:00? I really enjoyed my time here guys, this was my first crossfit gym and I am now super addicted. Who knows maybe I’ll be back again some day and my first stop back will be to the box to sign back up.

    I only got 2 rounds but I did the thrusters RX and did 10 double unders!
    Worked up to a 20# db on the TGUs. Tried to stop after the 15#, but Kara called me out! (Guess this is where I say thanks, huh?) Love that she won’t let me give in to my inner slacker!

    3 rds + 5d.u. (10 d.u. instead of 30) first time i ever attempted double unders in s wod. it slowed me down but hey, i tried it.

    6 rounds + 4 thrusters RX Erica nearly kicked my butt in that workout… once she gets better at double unders she will be hard to beat in this workout.

    TGU w 65# barbell. The guys at noon were killing the TGU, I think 6 of us got it with a 65# bar

    2 2/3 rounds w/ 10 d.u. I will always use the small bar and go with larger plates so if a dump is required it won’t bounce off in an uncontrolled manner. It explained why I didn’t make it through three full rounds when I leaned the bar back up and realized I had used the 33#. 33 + 45 = 78. First WOD I’ve ever used the RX weight (or more) and actually completed something.
