Front Squat 5-5-3-3-1-1

 

For Time:

25 Dumbbell thruster 50/30lb
20 Burpees
25 Hang Squat Cleans  50/30 – Dumbbells start at knees and you must pass through a full squat.
40 C2B pull-ups
25 Front Squats 50/30
20 Burpees
25 Full Squat Cleans 50/30 – Dumbbells tap the ground every rep and you must pass through a full squat.

    17:16 with 30# DB. I used to want to get stronger and faster than Neal, Sean, Jeremy, Mitchell, etc. I’ve been noticing Tara has been a few seconds faster than me in the mornings. I’m definitely checking that ego at the door lately just keeping up with the ladies. 🙂

    I would like a bear and a T-rex. Did anyone else notice how much WORK this WOD is? OMG this is going to hurt.

    This wa definitely an ego check. Did 295 for the heavy set, the. Droppe to 40’s for the WOD. Regular pullups and decreased to 20 reps. That was quite painful. But at 6am, it’s about why I expected. 21:??

    14:??, 12#DB, red/blue band. 105# front squat.

    215 for my single.
    19:30 for the wod. Used 35# DB, subbed pull ups for GHD situps

    35# DBs, 20 min cutoff so I DNF’d by 14 reps, Probably won’t be able to walk for the rest of the week!
