    Unbelievably, I am still sore from “McGhee” at Lumberton this past Monday, but I do plan on finally returning to the box this evening. I desperately need to work on my OHS and my running aien’t that great. HOPE to see everyone at 6pm.

    Of all the movements I suck at, ohs is one of the worst. I ended up using the 15# bar in the wod because I couldn’t keep the form. Oh well. I finished. WAY after everybody else, but I finished. Something like 20:39???

    14:50 RX. Good enough for 4th place on the board (Got on 5 board spots so far with many more hopefully to follow). I’m board-worthy for at least 5 hours today unless someone betters it in tonight’s classes. Thanks for pushing me, Chris, with your 15:00 RX. Fun day, as always.

    I posted my time earlier, but the entry didn’t go through for some reason. I’ll try again. 14:50 today RX. Hero board-worthy time unless someone bettered that time later. Felt good today. Thanks for pushing me, Chris. Another fun day.
