Try to work up to 90% of your one rep max

 

Tabata Mash-Up:

-Goblet Squats (55/35)

-Toes To Bar

 

Alternate between movements, you will complete 8 rounds of each movement.

 

Cash Out: Max Double Unders in 2 minutes

    Back squat – 133#
    Workout- used 45# KB got about 15 each time. Did knees to elbows – need to work on my core 🙂 Got about 10-12 each time.

    Finally got Double Unders! 26 on the last 2 min.

    Got 335 for a new one rep max!!!

    10 lowest goblet squat
    9 lowest toes to bar

    192 double unders, first 160 unbroken for a new PR on max unbroken. Pretty good day

    Looks like you had a good day, Neal! My guess is that at your level the prs arent as frequent as with those just starting out. Congrats.
    I worked “steady” today. Nothing to brag about, except that I kept going. Having a little drouble on the double unders for some reason. Will work on that one.

    255# x 3, 300# x 1 (25# PR from October 1st!!!!!!!!)
    WOD RX – 10 was my lowest on the Goblet Squats, 6 was my lowest on T2B
    I’ve seen a huge difference in my mindset and my performance since I made a list of goals and Neal encouraged me to post it up at the box.

    255(20# pr) on BS. The WOD was pretty rough, 7 was my lowest on Goblet squats (55#) and 5 was my lowest on Knees to Elbows(started as t2b).

    Didn’t do the back squats and don’t remember my numbers for the WOD but I got 137 double unders.
