12 Minutes to establish a 1RM Back Squat.

3 rounds for time of:

75 Double-Unders
20 Pistols (10l/10r – apportion in any way)
10 Push Jerks 135/95#

 

We will only have the 11:30am class on Wednesday, July 4. You can guarantee it’s going to be brutal.

 

 

Mark your calendars; We will be holding an event Sunday, July 15 from 1-3pm. It won’t be a competition; just a bada$$ workout we hope everyone is willing to take on!

    Only got to 145# on bs. Failed 150# which was pr.
    13:34 doing 15 dus, using a 16″ box (Neal made me take the plate off!) and 45# presses. 53# seemed heavy in the warm up, but I probably should have used it anyway.

    330 on BS for a 5 pound PR

    11:53 – 150 singles, 20″ box, 65# press

    285 lbs. on BS – tied PR. Tried 295 and got it; but afterwards, we realized Zack accidentally put on a 15 lb. plate instead of 25 lb. plate. Mentally, PR’d it (that should count for something. Then, ran out of time. 13:45 on WOD. 75 DU’s x 3; 24″, 16″, 16″ and 95 lbs. Too many breaks in DU’s. Need to learn how to do 75 unbroken.

    Called it quits after 235. Old max 260 so will take a bit to work back to that

    18:05 rx. Thought that was not good for what I wanted but after looking in book. We did this april30 this year and I cut a minute off so kinda a win. And my du’s were the worst today

    315×1 on back squats, failed at 325, my old PR

    9:15 RX on the workout, 3 minute PR from May 1!!!! I can’t remember the last time I had a 3 minute PR!
