    “fantastic” that’s just how I feel after this workout! Only did 4 rounds but I was doing pull ups like a champ! Well I thought so lol. First time I’ve ever done them in a workout. Thanks chris!

    Serennah, I wondered about you today. See you tomorrow!
    I only got 4 rounds but that’s more than I expected. I had decided to scale to 10 minutes but had 3 rounds in then and kept going. Got one more in but did not start a new one. Pull-ups with green/blue. Decided that in Februaru I will switch to green/red and go down from there.

    No… THANK YOU Neal… had I done that WOD alone I probably would have gotten at least one less round and would have made up an excuse not to do the kb swings.

    9 rounds RX. Neck and neck with JJ the whole time! Great job JJ! Ripped a callous so I wimped out and used a 35# KB. 32/31/32

    5 rounds + 5 burpees and 10 pullups w/purple band and only 1 set unbroken..i think.

    and yesterday was my 1 year mark with crossfit!! 😀

    JD dont kid yourself. you would have brought out the big grey band, scaled to a 100m walk and maybe cut out the burpees all together…for a total of 3 rounds
