WOD 6/1/12

15 Min to Establish a 3RM Power Clean – Must be touch and go at the bottom, cannot pass through a squat.

 
4 rounds for total working time of:

30 Split Jumps (total)
10 Thrusters 95/65#
10 C2B Pullups (kipping allowed)

We will not have a stretching class at 9am this Saturday but we will have our normal 10 & 11am classes. The stretching class will resume the following Saturday, June 9.

    175# x 3 power clean. 13:31 of suck on the WOD. 2 rounds of split jumps was all the knee could take. Had to switch to air squats for the last two rounds.
