The 11:30am class will be moving back to 12noon starting April 2. We tried the experiment for a month but more harm than good came of it (Sorry Dave) so we will be switching back next Monday.

    Wow… that’s a good way to take the wind out of my sails! Time change is not cool! 11:30 was the only time that worked for us.

    I don’t know what sounds worse.. starting a WOD with a 1000m row or the fact that I’m having to miss it to go to the dentist.

    time change makes me happy as well. brooks goes to school at 1130 so this will give me time to get there when i am working nights! 🙂

    The time change isn’t set in stone. I’ve been getting more negative feedback than I expected so it is looking like we may keep it at 11:30. I’m just trying to cater to as many people as possible.

    heaviest set was 115# and PR’d again today by a 1:44 finishing 7:54 RX

    Looks like exploring an option for two mid-day classes may be in the cards…if attendance justifies the move!

    14:50 (ugh) – winded myself on the row (4:11), RXed the weight, and used bands for pure dead hangs, kipped the last 3.

    115# heaviest 10:29 with red and green bands. The thrusters killed my shoulders.

    We won’t be adding another mid-day class. There isn’t enough attendance to justify a second class in the afternoon. It is only a few people who have a real issue with the 11:30/12:00 time difference.
