10 Burpee Pull-Ups

20 KB Swings (55/35)

 

If you can’t do a pull-up unassisted then do 3 Rounds of 10 Burpees 10 Pull-Ups 20 KB Swings

    81 reps RX on the Tababata. 8:55 RX on the WOD. Used the high bar on the first two rounds of burpee pullups, that was a mistake. After 10 days of no physical activity and eating like crap, this morning went as expected.

    I only got 42 reps on the tabata but I did it RX!
    I was 11:49 on the burpee pull ups. Realized AFTER I did them that even though I did jumping pull ups, I should have done them apart from the burpees. (10/10) Oh well. I was about dead anyway!

    7:47 on the met con.. did about 40 reps with a 70# KB, kept switching back and forth

    Earlier in the day did “Kalsu” in 28:49
